Services
Wessex Power engineers are trained and experienced in carrying out in-house and on-site services complimenting the supply and routine maintenance of our products.
A temperature mapping survey of a space can reveal a great deal of information about the dynamics and performance of your installation. This is just the information you need to confirm correct operation of the system or to identify and resolve suspected shortcomings in the performance.
A survey will plainly reveal: stratification of the air, hot and cold-spots, anomalies in the chilling/heating system, power outages, the effects of door-openings, effects of introducing goods, presence of personnel, time-to recovery of set temperature, and much more.
Wessex Power works together with our clients in validation and quality departments to design and generate GxP documentation (GAMP5) with the sole purpose to verify the system design and deployment (real/elapsed time environmental monitoring systems or temporary validation exercise) meet your requirements and those of appropriate regulations (FDA 21 CFR Part 11/820).
Documentation Incorporates calibration certification, URS/FDS/IQ/OQ/PQ with SAT documentation the latter are completed on-site by a Wessex Power engineer and a witness from your company.
Understanding the importance of after sales support led us to offering the services(s) Service License Agreement (SLA) and SLA48 for rapid call out, these services incorporate the re-calibration of your installed equipment by our engineer at your premises. Using high quality transportable reference and environment generation equipment our engineers follow a calibration method statement and ensure the system is not only recording accurate data but is also performing important functions that would testing during installation (PQ - Performance Qualification)
Our calibration technicians use precision thermometers, hygrometers, dry blocks, liquid baths and chambers to re-calibrate temperature, and humidity data loggers/ meters, that are sent to Wessex Power for calibration . Our technicians follow calibration method statements to ensure your equipment is returned recording and displaying accurate data.
Wessex Power are approved service agents for Honeywell Analytics (both Neotronics and Sieger) and BW Technologies by Honeywell range of gas detection equipment. We are able to service, repair and re-calibrate the full range of portable gas detectors.
