Environmental Monitoring
Stringent regulations demand, high quality environmental monitoring solutions are used to collect and store data throughout the life cycle of the product. The collected data must be an accurate representation of the environmental conditions exposed to product through testing, delivery, manufacture, storage and transportation.
HFEA guidelines dictate that the storage of embryos and eyes be carefully monitored including an early warning alarm should any potential problems be identified with either the storage medium (Dewar) or the supply of the liquid Nitrogen. Connecting a thermocouple into a central monitoring system, enables our clients to record data and triggers an alarm via SMS/Email/beacon, so that disasters can be averted.
Temperatures in a fridge or freezer used to store vaccines, must be checked and logged at least twice a day. Using our automated monitoring system will negate human error caused by forgetting to check temperature data or misreading the information displayed by a thermometer.
Collect and store data from up to 250 fridges and freezers in one central location and send email or SMS alarms to forewarn users of a potential problem with power to or reliability of your low temperature appliances.
Periodically the vaccine coordinator can simply access, analyse, print and save the data including detailed alarm analysis.
