Collecting temperature of meat carcasses is a job for a datalogger which is both robust and simple to operate. ABS plastic or computers have no place in this application, equipment will be prone to heavy knocks and drops, so a suitable food grade datalogger must be sturdy and the recording of data either automated via wireless technology or commenced at the press of a button.
