The SPCMini is easy to use - clip it on, check the load with the on-board display, set it to log, press the start button and you're done! It's also clever - it won't overwrite any previous surveys without warning you and the logger's electronics auto-ranges to ensure the highest levels of measurement accuracy at all times. Connection to the PC is via Bluetooth® - just like a mobile phone - so there's no need to plug cables into hard to reach sockets.
The SPCMini runs off a standard PP3 battery that gives it enough power for surveys of up to 6 months in the field should you so desire, but it doesn't rely on the battery for data security. The memory is non-volatile and completely secure regardless of battery condition, or even battery presence! You won't lose any data even if you take the battery out altogether! Similarly the SPCMini has its own back-up for its on-board clock, so once set, it retains its all important time and date settings for up to 10 years.

The vast majority of commercial and many industrial premises are already wired for saving money! Now that Ethernet compatible meters and interfaces are available from Elcomponent installing a sub-metering system is easier than it’s ever been.
Sub-metering is a well proven concept often producing savings of 10-15%. It cuts out waste instantly, and provides all the information you need on the detail of your electricity, gas and water consumption to apply effective energy management and cost control. The problem in many applications up until now has often been the cost of cabling the network but, happily, that has now been solved by the launch of our new Ethernet compatible kWh meter (AEM31-E) and 4 channel pulse interface (4CPSI-E).
These devices plug directly into a standard 10base or 100base Ethernet system using an industry standard RJ45 connector cable (patch lead). All that is then required, is to load our MeterRing 2000 software onto the designated host PC, and the system is complete. As it is TCP/IP based, using corporate intranets and network routing is no problem.

The Microvip 3 Plus provides full 3 phase energy and power quality analysis in a cost-effective, portable and user-friendly package. The unit features a fully programmable, on-board graphics printer to provide waveforms, bar chart and tabular data on all aspects of the supply including harmonics to the 24th multiple, DC component and displacement factor. The backlit LCD displays 33 parameters, and a massive 1MB of on-board memory, enables the unit to be used for data storage over extended survey periods.
The Microvip 3 Plus is supplied complete with the ‘Microwin’ software package which integrates with the on-board memory to produce a very powerful power quality analysis capability. The software provides a dynamic multi-window desktop for instrument set up, data download, graphic display of waveforms, harmonic bar charts and amplitude profiles, memory usage and full colour graphs of all measured parameters.
A host of user-friendly features including memory sweep and waveform scrolling ensures that important min/max data is highlighted quickly making the production of detailed reports easier than ever before. Full ‘cut and paste’ facilities and direct compatibility with standard Microsoft programs like Word and Excel make the full colour graphic capability of these software packages instantly accessible for combining into other documents.

This is the ultimate logger for 3 phase electrical energy monitoring. Housed in a rugged IP67 enclosure it can easily handle the harshest environment whilst continuing to provide reliable and dependable performance, on both single and three phase loads. Voltage is measured via a standard wall socket, so connection is safe and easy, and the unit offers a host of features for effective and accurate energy monitoring.
The unit can also be used as a battery powered device for extended survey periods of up to 3 weeks duration.
Sophisticated software provides true RMS reading for Volts, Amps, kVA, kW, kWh and Power Factor.
