Impact Pro enhanced with new Windows Software

A new software package developed by Zellweger Analytics for the acclaimed Neotronics Impact Pro enables the user to configure, calibrate and interrogate the Impact Pro via any suitable PC. Impact Pro “ICU” Datalogging software is a Windows™ platform offering password protected data storage, automated graphical presentation, automated event history reporting and a calibration wizard. Installation via the smart on-screen menu is quick and simple and the Impact ICU begins working from the moment an Impact Pro is connected to a PC. An intuitive Windows TM interface makes it easy to configure an Impact Pro and utilize the data stored on the unit.

The user interface is designed with easy accessibility in mind and features a toolbar menu displaying settings and functions, a main information window indicating the unit identity, operator information and sensors used, and a data window showing session event history. Data retrieval and storage is straightforward, while data and event logs can also be fully customized for printing, as well as exported into database programs such as Microsoft™ Excel.

The popular new multi-gas Neotronics ImpulseX4 portable gas detector has been enhanced with the additional feature of a long life NiMH rechargeable battery charger. Having received North American and European safety approvals, the new X4 Universal Cradle Charger system includes a fast charger cradle and a robust battery pack that simply replaces the original alkaline battery compartment. Full charging can be accomplished within four hours to provide a long operational lifetime that is ideal to cover most working shifts and transportation time back to the users’ maintenance centre.
