The stand-alone PDF datalogger revolutionizes cold chain monitoring
With the LIBERO PDF datalogger, you require only one single device and no special software to monitor temperature during the global transfer of goods to respective destinations. The LIBERO can be plugged into the USB interface of any PC to automatically generate a PDF file which can be read anywhere without difficulty. Since 1999 Q-tag 1 has been used by established Pharmaceutical companies in large quantities. The system has now been improved and released as the Q-tag 2 offering better readability of the displayed information, but most importantly it can be photocopied after arrival. This feature is important to be able to send a fast request to the sender of the shipment in case of an ALARM.

The experience during the last two years of operation has proved Q-tag to be an easy and safe way to monitor temperature alarm conditions for the transportation of Pharmaceutical products.

No PC evaluation is required, no programming, no handling errors. The device acts as the ‘document’ for the proof of safe delivery.

Multiple alarms for elevated and frozen temperature warnings, stored against time interval increments.

The indicator shows which time/temperature conditions have been exceeded. The first exceeded condition is shown in the first column. All further exceeded conditions will be shown in the second column.

The transportation time, programmed between 1 to 48 days according to customer requirements, is subdivided into 24 time segments. Example: one time segment: 6 hours total transportation time: 6 days

The arrow together with the word ALARM shows when the alarm conditions have been violated (in which time segment after the start)

< 0°C immediate alarm (freeze danger) 0°C to 21°C acceptable transport and storage temperature >21°C Alarm after 72h >34°C Alarm after 2h
